Hello,
I just wanted to post my happiness.
Sorry![ ](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
I have always had back problems since I was a child.
I was actually diagnoses with Fibromyalgia at 13 and Ehler's Danlos at 28/29.
Two and a half, almost three years ago, I took on a THIRD job at a local grocery store. I twisted my back and caused two budging discs....Then in Aug of 2015 I sprained my T spine and L spine.....Now after over a year of 'rehab' I am finally at the point that I can start exercising again. Nothing extra hard...but I LOVE to go walking. It's been so long I had forgotten how MUCH I love it.
So last week I grabbed my headphones and got to work early...And BAM
Been doing it ever since.
Each day I add more steps to my pedometer and I add more songs to my playlist.
So for me to walk over 4,000 steps a day is a miracle especially since I had trouble even walking up a flight of stairs.
God is good and time does fly fast.
Thank you for listening to my rant.
Hope everyone has a great day.
I just wanted to post my happiness.
