Ok im back aagain and im here to stay. Im chrissy im 28 years old I have done this alot of times . Im here to lose weight . I was 212 when o started this. Im using this site to mainly watch my carbs over calories. I want to be 190 but honestly want to be under 200 lbs. Please help me reach my goals

    Hi Chrissy! I am glad you are here, you will find support and motivation. Log your food and track your calories. Make sure you exercise!

    Agree with @aliciapastorlecha . Also make sure you are weighing your food and measuring in grams or oz. Avoid cups/spoons/eyeballing since these are known for being incorrect. Just stick to your calorie goals and you should lose. Best of luck!
