Protein & Fiber overages?

Surely I can't be the only person who has this issue...?
My daily Protein and Fiber allowances per day (according to MFP) are 45 g of Protein and 14 grams of Fiber. However, I consistantly seem to go over those allowances every day.
Here's a quick look at my past week's Protein & Fiber intakes:
July 8: 51g Protein, 28g Fiber
July 9: 45g Protein, 27g Fiber
July 10: 65g Protein, 21g Fiber
July 11: 68g Protein, 28g Fiber
July 12: 47g Protein, 20g Fiber
July 13: 55g Protein, 27g Fiber
July 14: 48g Protein, 14g Fiber
July 15: 67g Protein, 21g Fiber
Does anyone else have overages like this on Protein and Fiber? Will these overages hurt my "diet" (for lack of a better term) at all?
Side note: I eat only fish and chicken, no red meat. probably 70% of my diet is fresh veggies and fruits. My dairy intake is limited to greek yogurt, some cheeses, salad/sandwich dressings (rarely), and occasionally sour cream if it's in a recipe (dairy usually makes me very sick so I try to limit what I have). I drink water, almond milk, hot herbal teas, and fresh squeezed juices (such as homemade or bolthouse farms).

They aren't allowances, they're suggestions. You can actually go in and change them. It isn't "bad" to be over protein, or fiber. The only thing you might be experiencing is constipation if you increased your fiber too quickly and not drinking enough water.
Get your calories, don't sweat the macros. The only thing that will affect fat loss is a caloric deficit.
"How much fiber do you need each day? The Institute of Medicine, which provides science-based advice on matters of medicine and health, gives the following daily recommendations for adults:
Age 50 or younger
Men - 38 grams
Women - 25 grams
Age 51 or older
Men - 30 grams
Women - 21 grams"0 -
That's less than I recommend you eat. You should be getting more of both. Protein is especially important during cuts lest you lose muscle rather than fat.0

More protein....good!
more fiber...also good unless you're having intestinal distress from it. Otherwise...good!0 -

I would. I would increase your daily amount of protein. If you don't eat enough protein when cutting fat, you will also lose muscle, especially if you are exercising. Your protein amount while cutting should be higher than it normally is. Your current protein minimum is too low! I think even if you are not cutting you should still raise it. There are no health detriments to eating more protein so unless your doctor has specifically told you you need to limit your protein intake you shouldn't worry about it. Athletes often need to eat upwards of 200 grams per day so they can maintain their bodies. I don't know your body, so I don't know how much you should eat at a minimum per day, but I'd say that for any adult on a diet 45 grams of protein per day is not enough.
today before the end of the day, i'll have eaten 91g of Protein -- thanks to the protein crepes, protein coffee, and everything else that contains a buttload of protein in it that I'm eating today.0
