Hi everyone! I'm new to the app but my fitness/fit journey has been in progress for awhile. I had a cervical fusion about a year ago and put on one too many pounds. I started exercising again (crossfit) and not only fell in love with it, but feel great. Five months in and I'm down 30 pounds on my own. Now.. it's time to really get serious about nutrition. Loving this app and am always in need of support/accountability!

    Nice work and welcome. I used to be a pretty hard core crossfitter years ago and just recently joined a nearby box started by a couple of trainers I know. Having a blast. New here too, just joined (full time) about 3 weeks ago. Down 6lbs.

    That's awesome! I was hesitant to try crossfit because I did hear a lot of negative connotations about it from other trainers/friends throughout the years. But I gave it a shot and absolutely love it. Mine has an insanely amazing community and they are really helpful when it comes to injuries.
