    Am I weird for wanting to try this ever since I first read about it? Granted bathroom time with kids is sacred bliss so I'd sacrifice my bowels for more of it.

    I'm a big fan of this new detox system called the LAK cleanse...it's where you just let your Liver And Kidneys do their job. Think we can sell that to some people?

    I just ate a bunch of broccoli, and I'm definitely feeling the need to cleanse my body of those vitamins and other toxins. These, or maybe some Little Debbie cakes, should do the trick.
