Best magazine ever

Hello all.

I thought I would share the '500 calorie diet' magazine with you all. It's amazing. A breakfast, lunch and dinner designed for the 2x 500 calorie days per week.

NOW...

I don't use it for this. I use it when I only have, say, 400 calories left for an evening meal and, well, ya know, want to eat. I will take a 250 calorie dinner and add bread and butter or some fish etc

Or I do a breakfast from it as I know I'm going out for a meal later on.

Its so versatile just add stuff, take stuff away, redesign the dishes to your calorific amounts or what you have in the fridge.
