On phentermine and working out . Low calorie diet as well

I been 19 days on phentermine I lost 9 lbs the first week and nothing this week I had 4 cheat days not good :( but I will keep healthy and motivated

    Unless you're morbidly obese, 9 lb in 1 week is way too much.
    If you're more than 100 lb overweight, 5 lb a week is manageable. As you get closer to a healthy BMI, you'll lose less.
    You need to discuss this with your doctor & dietician.

    And stop thinking of "cheat days". Either you're eating within your calorie goal or you're not.
    The phentermine is to help control your appetite while you learn to eat normal-size portions.
    Focus on eating a healthy amount, reasonable portions from all the food groups, don't leave anything out, don't make anything forbidden, just eat more from healthy things & less from unhealthy things.

    This calculator will tell you not only your BMI, but how many servings of various foods to eat to maintain that weight.
    If you enter your healthy goal weight this will help you plan your food intake.
