Beachbody products and their crazy calories!

Ok, I've been using turbo fire and I'm enjoying it. I was looking at how to calculate my calories but it looks so complicated but I tried to figure my calories out in the end. According to the book, I have to consume 2460 calories to lose weight...

That can't be right, that is way too much food. Can someone help me with this? It's driving me mad XD

I don't know your stats so I don't know how correct that number is for you.

BUT, that is not "way too much food."

    Well I'm 5th 8inches and weigh 212lbs.

For me that seems like a lot of calories because I'm so used to much smaller numbers. When it goes into the 2000's, I get taken a back a bit lol.

SMH...looks like its giving constipation from your picture...

Personally, I dont go for fad or "health program" diets. I eat well, workout, and maintain a slight caloric deficit. 80 pounds is telling me it's a damn great process.

I remember when i thought 2700 was "too much food" then i tried it with a proper macro breakdown and I lost weight!!

Also if your doing turbo fire at 212lbs your prob burning over 700 calories a workout for the longer workouts. so technically your only netting 1700 which will more than likely put you below your bmr and you WILL lose weight.

I just looked up your stats on the BMR calculator on Fat2Fit website, not knowing your goal weight, I just used 150lb, but what TF has seems pretty accurate.

Here is the website if you want to check for yourself: http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/

Of course those calories includes moderate workout 3-5 days a week.

Turbo Fire burns a ton of calories! If you are folowing the TF schedule, 2460 does not sound like too much for someone as young as you.
