Hello!

Hey everyone! My names Bill and I've been back at the gym nearly every day for the past 3 months. I've already seen some promising results but can't wait to see more. I am most concerned about getting stronger all the way around and losing this stubborn belly fat that I can't seem to get rid of.

I've cleaned up my diet and have been keeping track for about a week now on here. Anyways, just wanted to say hello!

    Thanks! I've always been strong for my size but a desk job the last 8 years has not done me any favors.
