So I've lost weight, and according to my bmi shouldnt lose more than a couple more pounds ( like 4pounds)
I still look skinny fat, my arms especially.
Even if i lose 4-6pounds more, i dont see how thats gonna help
Any tips?

I thought that thing where a few more pounds wouldn't make any difference, but it did!
That flab WAS fat and its leaving now as I slow down my weight loss to a crawl and head into maintenance.
I've also heard so many older women write here on mfp that over the two years following their loss and while maintaining that the flabby bits reorganized and even showed photographs of how weight redistributed over that time.
Best wishes, what ever you choose. Congrats on your loses!

You need to strengthen and tone. Try pilates or yoga if you don't like 'working out'.0
