I'm not exactly new to MFP but I'm looking into starting the bbg program. If anyone has any advice for a first timer or would like to start it with me, the support would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm starting on Monday. I tried day one last week and it worked me over, so I wanted to ease into it a little more. I've had two friends do it and it has completely transformed their bodies, so I know it's an awesome program. Good luck on your journey. Feel free to add me if you like :)
