Is this enough to lose weight?

Hi everyone. So I still want to lose a bit more weight. Don't want to give a number as I don't pay attention to the scales but I want to lose a bit more body fat and ideally be a size 6/8 (that's UK size) And am currently a 10. Right now 3 x a week I do 30min HIIT, 30-45 min weights then 20min power walking (can't run for 8-12wks due to injury) 2x a week I do 1hr cardio then 45-60min "floor work" so abs/lunges/squats/push ups etc. and have 2 rest days altough one is an "active rest day" so may go swimming or go on a long power walk. do you think this is ok to lose weight or should I be doing more cardio then focus more on other stuff once the weight is off to tone up?
