Wal-Mart has sugar free jello only 5 calories per cup. I get fat free reddi whip 10 calories for two teaspoons and put this on top. Makes me feel like I get a treat.

I work in a daycare, in the nursery. I feed the babies food that is in little plastic, lidded containers. I take the empty containers home and wash them. I buy boxes of sf mixes and put them in these little 8oz containers. Very convenient, and a lot cheaper than paying for convenience!1

Some of my favorites are sf jello, fruit, Greek yogurt 80 calorie, sf hard candies. When I really want to splurge m&ms portioned out to fit my calorie allowance. Those I freeze and eat one at a time over the course of the day to get my fix.1
