Pregnant but wanting to get fit

I realise indeed to take a step back but what would people suggest for activities while pregnant?

Did your doctor tell you to stop lifting? If your doctor says you can keep lifting, I say keep doing that, but scale back the amount of weight. There was a thread here a few days ago with women who are pregnant and still lift. If it's a personal preference or what will make you feel most comfortable, I say walking, swimming, spin class, yoga, resistance band work, body weight exercises. Just talk to your doctor about what will be right for you and your pregnancy.0
