Im up 2lb as well but I assume its water because i was sick and just jumped back into work outs full force. If you are starting a new work out a little gain is normal at first then it falls off.0

Well I've been working out for 3 weeks was loosing at a steady pace then boom I've gained 5 pounds it's getting close to the time of the month0

Eating clean and exercising does not necessarily equal weight loss. You need to be in a deficit. I could easily gain weight while exercising and eating clean.
Also...you just said, it's close to your period. Water retention.5 -
Are you accurately counting calories? You can still gain weight "eating clean". How long have you been at this? Stats? How much are you looking to lose? What is your rate of loss set up for in MFP?2

Boom. That was going to be my question.
You're about to have your period. You will always gain water weight. Watch it for a couple of months, learn from it, then ignore it.
Do a search for ToM, TOM, periods, ovulation, shark week.... and you'll see probably hundreds, if not thousands, of threads about periods and "weight gain".2 -
I never know what "eating clean" means. It's got to be the stupidest phrase ever because as far as I can tell it can mean whatever the user wants it to mean. In any event, whether you eat "clean" or "dirty" (or whatever) really makes no difference for weight loss. The question is -- have you been staying within your calorie goal for weight loss? If so, then your "gain" is almost certainly fluid retention due to TMI and will be gone in a few days.4

I'm due this week and thus far I'm up 4.6lbs. This is completely normal for me, happens every month.
Calories still count when you're eating clean, you can gain, lose or maintain eating nothing but healthy (clean) foods.2 -
Welcome to your period and the scale.1
