It's called the I have a toddler diet. You know the one where you weigh and measure everything on your plate and every time you look down your toddler is grabbing handfuls of your food and eating it.

That's certainly one way to keep a deficit.

Ha. I'm constantly telling my toddler to leave my food alone because I weighed it. He just doesn't understand why mommy doesn't share anymore

@juliebowman4 lol. I usually poke my husband's hand with whatever I'm eating with fork or spoon if no utensils I smack him. But my son is too cute and doesn't understand

Mine does the same. Which results in me yelling "heeeeeeeey" in a high pitched voice. He hates it, but still eats my weighed out food.

    Men are scum
At least that's what my wife tells me when she's mad.

And I have to agree with heron principle.

Children need to learn from an early age not to steal food from a calorie counters plate

My husband has started to ask if I already weighed the food. Not that an affirmative answer stops him!
