Amazing difference!!! How much weight did you lose between the two photos? I've just started working out at the gym doing mainly weights and some cardio, I'm hoping I'll have the same sort of results you've had, but I have a feeling I may not lose much weight because of muscle gains! (I'm on high enough calorie intake that I will be gaining muscle whilst losing fat I think)
