So ive got a really busy lifestyle at the moment including alot of manual labour. It says that the amout of calories i burn in a day is are about the same as what im suppose to be eating. I do have weight to loose but i dont want to hurt myself or get sick. Do i eat back the calories burnt? Or maybe just a percentage?

The general advice is to eat back 50% of the calories because the burn may be overestimated. I'd suggest trying that for a month and then reviewing your progress. If you find you are losing more than expected, you can eat back more. If you are losing less, eat back less. In the end, it all depends on the individual experience.0
