    Hi! I think you may have posted this in the wrong section. I think it is great that you are going to work on building lean mass. Women who are new to lifting generally gain about a pound of lean mass every 30 days, so unless you are taking steroids 30 pounds of muscle is impossible.

    You may want to request that a moderator move the thread to the gaining weight section by clicking the flag and reporting it then leaving a note. You'll get a lot more help over there since the challenge section has rules stating you can only comment if you are joining the challenge. Unfortunately, since your goal is impossible nobody will be able to join you. Good luck on your pursuit of muscle!
