Recording workouts

Good Morning, I'm new to using myfitnesspal... I want to try and start tracking everything. I wear a fitbit Surge most of the time but not always. I recently got the Focus T25 but not sure how to record the workouts. When I do the cardio, I'm sure I would log it in the Cardio section but how? When I type T25 or Focus nothing comes up. What about when I do like Stretches? I know I did like 25 minutes this morning and really worked up a sweat but that is not cardio nor strenth. Please help.

But when I think of Circuit training I think of like going to the gym and using all the equipment. T25 is a lot of movement with light hand weights, is that the same? Im new to all this....0
