I have lost 20 pounds over a 100 different times. I am ready to get healthier and keep the weight OFF. I want to get mobile and enjoy my later years! I want to be on a LOW Carb way of eating and low impact exercising. I will take "ALL" the encouragement sent my way and also send out encouragement to anyone else needing support. Anna

Woohoo!!! You can do it!! I am low carb for health reasons, so while I eventually want to gain weight, right now I am just focused on energy and nutrients. From someone who was immobile the beginning of the year to being able to walk and bike for just a couple of miles, I can say that you will get so excited for all victories.0
