I have been on a diet for about two months in April-May, 2016. I came down to 71-72 kgs from 76 kgs. And from June, 2016 I am regularly going to the gym, doing cardio and strength training. Also, I am taking high protein diet. But my weight loss is stuck at 71kgs. Though I am slowly losing inches but the progress is very slow. I have been plateau-ing from ages now! I did body analysis also recently, that doesn't show much change.

What am I doing wrong?

If your losing inches in the right places and gaining them in the right places; your not doing badly.
Is the "analysis" body fat percentage?

My body fat percentage is 40%. And 5 months back, when I started, it was 41.3%.

How many calories do you eat? Do you weigh everything you eat with scales?

Losing inches is better than scale weight though - no one can see that number, everyone can see you getting slimmer.
