myfitnesspal.....I'm Back!

Hello everyone, I decided to come back to myfitnesspal to focus on what I am eating and why I am not losing weight. Instead I am gaining. I am in the 50+ age range, I work out 5-6 days a week and I love working out. I started back with MFP on Monday and I can tell the difference because when I write down what I eat, it gives me a clear picture. Its really making me think about what I am putting in my mouth. I am a emotional eater when stressful moments come up and they come up often. I really need some encouragement because I am so fed up with this weight issue. My sisters call me the "energizing bunny" but my weight does not reflect that. I am a positive person and I am not freaked out about it. Diabetes runs in my family and I don't want to be diagnosed with it.
