High Protein Low Carb

Hello - I'm Ginger and have been vegan for 6 or 7 months. I am now part of a 7 week bootcamp for strength training and the diet requires high protein low carbs. The carbs should be between 30 and 60. I find this quite difficult as most foods in my diet have both carb and protein. I would like some tips if you have them. Thanks!
