Hello! I am new to this. I have lost weight using fitness pal, it really helps to track what I eat. I still struggle with the protein and fats. When I add something the numbers change, so I guess I am looking for the balance. I am still learning how this all works. Any advice would be helpful.

You're never going to be 100% accurate on your macros, it's okay to be a little under or a little over. What is your goal? To lose, to gain, to maintain? I promise it gets easier. Logging becomes a habit and healthy choices become natural.0
