I've been using mfp for about two months now, and have taken to visiting the community to browse lately, thought I'd say hi. So...Hi
I'm 57, and needed to lose 20lbs. 190 to 170 is my goal, and I've lost ( good riddance) 12lbs so far, but the last 8 are going to be stubborn. I see a lot of folks are fans of keto here. That's good news, because I'm giving it a go. But carbs.....little boogers are everywhere. I'm finding lots of recipes on the web though, and my wife/best buddy is loving it because I'm cooking every night
Anyway, thanks for all the great info already posted....see ya around the bathroom scales
