Have any of you been able to "lose" your stomach? I am down about 33 pounds and still have about 40ish to go. I have had 4 kids, and my stomach has gotten a bit smaller with the weight loss, and I'm aware it will probably never fully go away. But, do any of you have some success stories when it comes to this...maybe before and after pictures? I'm getting a little discouraged

I'm finally starting to lose mine combining 30 Day Shred, Strong Lifts 5x5 and interval running (C25K). I've only been at this program for a couple weeks. You can check out my pics if you want.0

Hi there,
I know how you feel, but there is hope!!!! I am a 31 yr old mother of 2. I have had 2 miscarriages along the way. With my 1st child I went from 150 to 255 pounds due to hypertension & thyroid issues. Managed to lose the weight over a span of 4 yrs just basically walking and being "busy".. (TMI: I had a lot of baby skin left over), got pregnant again: went from 145 to 190. After I had my son in 2010 I started walking more & working out with beachbody workouts--slim in 6 & Brazilian butt lift. Nothing crazy like insanity or P90. I had to quit almost all activity for 2.5 years due to heart issues. I didnt gain any weight, I maintained at 140 and a 35" waist. I just started back up with Brazilian Butt lift 8 weeks ago the end of this week.....I have lost 2.5 inches of my upper waist & 2.5 in my baby pouch & the extra "skin" is smoothing out 10 inches total body. I don't work it hard core _ I am a busy person....I would say 60% of 8 weeks I worked out. And my calorie intake...well, I tried to hit ~1100 but was all over the place on eating, some days 900 some days 1850 (hey I am human). I can email you pictures.0 -
I don't have any pictures, but it will shrink and tighten. I've had three children, all by C-section. My tummy is flat, and I have some definition. It just takes patience and dedication.0

Look at my pics. The before and after are pretty obvious. I just need to stay on track! It is totally doable!!!! My current picture is 30 pounds to go...0

I'm 41 and I've given birth twice. Once at 28 and again at 34. For some time I just didn't think my flat stomach would ever come back short of starivng myself. Since I started running & doing mild strength training, I've been able to comfortably wear a bikini to the beach the last 2 summers. Well, comfortable as long as I don't have to bend over. . .then my skin get all Shar Pei puppy looking and wrinkly. . .But standing up it's flat and reasonable.
It can be done. Just don't expect it to look exactly like it did prepregnancy. There are somethings that just plain change after gestating and giving birth to another human being!! ;-) Like, my feet. They grew a half size. Never going back to 7.5 again.0
