    Yeah, but Lansing area. And pretty much all I do with buddies is row (boats, in season). I'm not gym-y, nor a runner.

    Still, greetings to a fellow 'gander!

    GH is a nice area - I have relatives over there, and y'all have some nice trails for running, biking, etc. . . . and of course the big lake. :)
