have someone show you how to do exercises at the gym :)

That will reduce possibility of injuries.

Also - you won't get bulky because it's extremely HARD to get bulky. I know - I am trying as hard as I can to get bulky and it just doens't happen very easily. Also - that bulky look you see in bodybuilder pictures? That's because the people are actually at such a low BF% that all you are seeing is skin over muscle with no fat in between (or very little fat) and the people are actually really tiny skinny. Seriously - those massive women you see in pictures? In real life they are tiny skinny but with no fat so you can see the muscle definition. It is also not sustainable and they only stay like that for a few days before putting some fat back on.

So - moral of the story - lift away without being scared of getting bulky - because you won't - and the good thing about lifting is that it will help you lose fat and shape your body in a nice way.

As soon as you think you might be getting too bulky for your liking - easy fix - you just reduce/stop whatever exercises it were you were doing for that body part and the 'bulk' will go away.

Good luck :) You got this!
