Baked chicken breast / why such caloric variance?

I'm having trouble counting my baked chicken breast calories, spiced with no other added ingridiants. When I type in "baked chicken breast" I can choose wildly different caloric values to add to my diary. I weigh my meat raw but I still don't think I'm adding my calories into my diary correctly as there such variance depending on which option of baked chicken I choose! I could be overestimating by a lot or hugely under estimating!

I would just use the raw one. If you scan your package, it will probably show up or go with like Tyson boneless skinless chicken breast, raw. The difference you are seeing are likely due to manual user entries vs. verified amounts.1

I always use a USDA raw entry for my chicken breast.2
