Hi am new here and so far I am very pleased with this site. I just joined WW 2 weeks ago but I am not that happy with the program. First week lost 4 lbs. and 2nd week lost 1 lb. and I was very careful to follow the program. Thank goodness I only signed up for 3 months. I like all the information that I get when I log my food. I hope I keep tracking because that seems to help me.

If WW isn't your thing, no big deal but do keep in mind weight loss can fluctuate and your results with MFP may be the same (IE- losing more one week than the other, etc.)0
