Workout programme for beginner

Hi everyone,

Can anyone help me figure out a beginner workout? I am looking for the following things in my workout.
1. 30-40 mins cardio (I have a lot of faith in it)
2. A good mix of full body weight training
3. Workout which can be easily scaled up
4. Not too hard on my lower back

I am a well rounded girl (fat all over, not concentrated in one area), if that helps.
