On a Windows diet

Lost my husband six months ago unexpectedly. He was my best friend for 33 years. Decided weight loss was the one thing I can control. 35 pounds lost. 55 pounds to go. If I can do it anyone can do it.

My condolences. My dad lost a bunch of weight and started exercising after my mom passed away. It really helped him keep his spirits up and stay interested in life. He kept it off too. Hope it goes the same way for you.

So sorry. My condolences. Try not focusing on the negative even on days you want to eat the fridge! It's not easy but you'll get there one day at a time, one meal at a time. Take care

Sorry to hear that...my condolences. I lost mine suddenly in January ... 2 days short of our 40th wedding anniversary. In April, something clicked in my head and I decided I wanted to get fit/healthy. I've lost 64 lbs so far...about half way to where I want to be. You can do it!

It's admirable that you've picked yourself back up after something like this.

    I'll be rooting for you.

I am guessing she meant widow's.

Good luck OP. So sorry for your loss.
