Most people aren't aware of this and knowing is half the battle :p

    All through my childhood o heard "shoulders back Alison" and now I'm regularly told I have a "dancers posture" So longwinded way to say no I wasn't slouching mom

    Bug- er kitten off. I'm all showered and ready for bed and will slouch if I want to [scowl]

    And the kitten filter appears to not speak British English :blush:

    Im chilling in bed propped up but normally I have excellent posture

    Not I...I've just finished 6 weeks of physical therapy for a herniated disk and pinched nerve due largely to my posture and slouching...I'm pretty aware of it these days.
