Bulge !!

What is that lower abdominal 'pouch' 'bulge' that when I pinch it it is not much fats i.e a little part of it can be grasped but is like bloating but it is Always there ?? so what is this?? what are the reasons of it? how could I get rid of this :(((

    There are many things it could be. It could still be fat, it could be skin, it could be bloating, it could be weak abdominal muscles, it could be posture. Do you have a picture?

    Well, not knowing what the bulge looks like I can only guess as to the solution. Cardio is typically not a solution to any of the problems I mentioned. Progressive strength training would solve many of them. Continuing to diet would solve one of them. Following an elimination diet would solve one of them. You could try all of those, but my guess is a calorie deficit and improving body composition through some form of resistance training will eventually fix the problem.

    Calorie deficit comes from eating, not from exercise. Body weight workouts can be effective if you are working the entire body and progressively making the exercises harder.

    An elimination diet is basically cutting out certain types of foods to see if they cause bloating. Like dairy or nuts or certain vegetables.

    I don't know what could work. It's unlikely that a mild allergy to a food is causing your problem. It's more likely that you still need to lose fat and build some muscle to help hold your guts in place.
