Bulge !!

What is that lower abdominal 'pouch' 'bulge' that when I pinch it it is not much fats i.e a little part of it can be grasped but is like bloating but it is Always there ?? so what is this?? what are the reasons of it? how could I get rid of this ((

There are many things it could be. It could still be fat, it could be skin, it could be bloating, it could be weak abdominal muscles, it could be posture. Do you have a picture?2

Calorie deficit comes from eating, not from exercise. Body weight workouts can be effective if you are working the entire body and progressively making the exercises harder.

I don't know what could work. It's unlikely that a mild allergy to a food is causing your problem. It's more likely that you still need to lose fat and build some muscle to help hold your guts in place.1 -
