Just started to use this and find it very informative. Just hope I make the time to post at the end of each day. It does make one realize what it takes to lose weight. I do have a question?
With the Keurig coffee at one spot it says 52 calories and another spot 0 calories. I thought coffee had no calories unless you put milk and sugar in it. I only ever put 2% milk so how many calories would that be. Love, Love my coffee can't live without it. I call it my drug of choice.
