Balancing Macros

I have been logging for about 5 weeks. 1200 cal/day with macro goal 40 carb/30 fat/30 protein. I can stay at or slightly under 1200 no problem. Have trouble balancing macros. Any menu ideas or diaries to share?

Which macros are giving you trouble? What do you tend to eat to much of and too little of?
Ideally, you would balance every meal so that you get all the macros at the levels you need. But you could try to top it off at the end of the day with more macro-dense foods, i.e., foods that have more grams of one particular macro per volume.
For example, a chicken breast has roughly 40g of protein, no carbs and virtually no fat. A banana, on the other hand, is basically 25g of carbs and not much else.

Stats would help to first make sure you are hitting your minimums.0

Eat enough protein and fat. Going over is o.k.
Going over or under on carbs does not matter one way or another.
Here are recipes that list the macros and calories: http://blog.myfitnesspal.com/category/eat/recipes/lunch/0
