I have a question or two about the CrossRamp. Discovered this gem of a machine when I joined a local gym about a month ago. I go 30 minutes and I'm drenched in sweat and feel awesome afterwards. It is far less boring to me than the treadmill. Questions are ...what is the closest exercise on here that would count as this form of exercise that i can log? How effective is this form of exercise? I'm 5'9 and weigh 270 lbs if that information helps.

Bumping this up. Someone mentioned the exercise being close to jogging? Would that be a correct entry?0

I love the crossramp! I log it as an "elliptical" bc that seems the closest to me. But I go off of the calorie burn the machine tells me rather than what MFP suggests ... of course, trying to not eat it all back because machines aren't always that accurate.0

I had to google it. I've never heard it referred to as a Crossramp before. I would log it as elliptical also. If you're drenched in sweat I'd say that's a good sign! The stepmill And the Sparc do that to me too!0
