I tore my hamstring in a baseball game in a full stride back in March. I was working out extremely hard to loose weight til this occured. It takes about 9 months to full rehabilitate from a torn hamstring. Im down to three more months.
When your physically limited it makes it so much harder to achieve your weight loss goal.
As discouraged as I was, I pressed on and modified my workouts. I was forced to really take a look at what I was eating and boy was I way off. Just when I thought I was eating just right and healthy, I was still gaining weight.
Since I have been using this app and took serious my calorie intake and carbs, I have lost 10lbs.
Im currently 214. My goal is to be at 175lbs. Nothing stopping me!
Add me for motivation;)
