Craving during monthly cycle.

Is it just me or do other women crave bad foods right before and during cycle? If so, how do you deal with it?

    I try to stay below maintenance calories, which doesn't always happen. I'm still trying to improve on this but if you do well the rest of the month you should still lose.

    I do too. Usually when I get a craving I'll go for a walk instead. About 20 minutes of walking will usually help the cravings pass but if that doesn't work I'll allow myself a very small amount of whatever it is... Which is usually chocolate lol
