hello to everyone it has been a while since I started using this page. I have some questions to ask. I would like to know what you think about this training. My goal is to just stay and be fit. In the past I went to the gym and have a decent Mascular mass with 18% fat. The diet is in check, 40/40/20. what do you think if three to five times a week i do 50 pull ups, 50 dips, 50 crunches and 30 to 45 mins of running at 120 to 135 BPM. I know that you need to rest to avoid overtraining and for muscle growth but it just only because i like this type of routine and to change been in the gym (indoor) to going (outdoor). Please checked for the link below. Have a nice day!!

There's nothing about that routine that is excessive. You could easily do more than that if you are interested but it looks like a good start.
The only thing I might suggest is that you alternate your strength and running days. You definitely need a day of rest between working the same muscle groups if you want the best results but you can easily alternate the upper body and core strength you listed and the running which works your legs. That's exactly how I work out, although I'm in the gym lifting heavy on the weekdays between running days, which is always every other day. If it helps to explain it, here is my routine:
Monday - Run
Tuesday - Strength
Wednesday - Run
Thursday - Strength
Friday - Run
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Run
Monday - Strength
Tuesday - Run
Wednesday - Strength
Thursday - Run
Friday - Strength
Saturday - Run
Sunday - Rest
and repeat. In the summer I'm running 3 (weekday) - 5 (weekend) miles and in the winter I max out at 8 (weekday) and 13 (weekend) miles per day. I run a couple of half marathons during the winter so I work up to that.1 -
