hello to everyone it has been a while since I started using this page. I have some questions to ask. I would like to know what you think about this training. My goal is to just stay and be fit. In the past I went to the gym and have a decent Mascular mass with 18% fat. The diet is in check, 40/40/20. what do you think if three to five times a week i do 50 pull ups, 50 dips, 50 crunches and 30 to 45 mins of running at 120 to 135 BPM. I know that you need to rest to avoid overtraining and for muscle growth but it just only because i like this type of routine and to change been in the gym (indoor) to going (outdoor).
