How long did it take you?

So from day 1, how man pounds had you lost when you really started to notice a difference in yourself. I don't mean small stuff like moving up a belt hole, but I mean that real first WOW! moment.
I remember last time I did this it only took about 10-15lbs, but this time around I've lost almost 20 (yes I know my MFP profile is wrong and says I've only lost 1lb but that's not correct and I cant figure out how to fix it) and it hasn't happened yet. I know it will soon though!

I noticed in my ankles and wrists in the first 10 lbs;
I noticed in my waist at 25 lbs
I noticed in my butt and pant size (my real problem area) at 40 lbs.
I can't tell you how much of my noticing or not was influenced by reality or by my body image.0
