Losing inches, not pounds, not hungry anymore. :(

I love losing inches, which I am doing very steadily. I am not losing pounds, though. My calorie intake is too low - but I don't really LIKE food anymore. Catch 22, huh?
Anyway, any ideas? Heads up, cooking meals is a questionable thing for me. I work A LOT and don't want to spend my precious minutes at home cooking.

what are your stats? what are you eating and should be eating, how are you measuring your calories if you aren't cooking your own food? You may be unaware of how many calories you are actually taking in. If you are losing inches what kind of exercise are you doing? Weight staying the same?1

Hi I seem to be losing inches too and no lbs. I started with the intention to lose weight, 4 weeks on and I've only lost 3lb but I have lost 32.5cm from my body. I find it hard cooking with work too, I work 5-6 days a week and most days 10-12 hours, as well as having 2 children it seems impossible, but I do try and I do my best. I do mostly weight training at the gym which is probably the reason I'm not losing weight even tho I'm losing inches. Which at the moment is ok but I know I'm way too overweight so I need to do some cardio or something which I detest!!! good luck on your journey0

Why not take one day a week and prep your meals. Or better yet cook them so you just have to reheat. You will be doing yourself a favour. Now that we are into Autumn my slow cooker will be coming out. Losing inches is awesome, the lbs will eventually follow.0

Strength training helps you lose fat. Don't stop strength training.I applaud you maintaining a home and a job requiring long hours. What is your nutrition plan, are you following MFP, IFFY standards, others?0
