115~120 lb girls who did the 30 Day Shred...

...how many calories did you burn?

Sorry if this has been posted before--I tried searching around but I couldn't find anything.
I can't afford a HRM right now, but I've been combining the 30DS (Monday + Wednesday) with a 4 mile jog (Tuesday + Thursday + Saturday) and I'd like to know a more accurate count of calories burned for smaller girls. I'm 5'4", 120 lbs. Not trying to lose weight, just inches.

I do each level back to back--so about an hour of the shred, with 3 lb weights. MFP says I burn 430 when I log it as circuit training, but I have a hard time believing that.

If anyone could help me, that'd be great! :)

    Why do you do all of them each time?? Plus running?

    I never run and do the shred, it's all separate! :)
    I do the levels back to back to back for one honest reason--I like to eat more. That's about it, really!

    At 119 I burned about 180-205 depending on whether it was level 1, 2 or 3. MFP was usually a little bit over but not too much so I sometimes logged it as circuit for convenience.

    I'm 110 and burned about 120 for level 2, less for level 1.

    The JM website gave me the following #'s for 25 mins.
    Level 1- 168 cals
    Level 2- 194 cals
    Level 3- 176 cals

    I believe it is based on my individual profile of 120lbs.
