Going for a 1 year transformation

Hello! My name is Kristin....I joined MFP awhile back and just really started using it on July 1, Day 1 of 365 for me. i want to do it right for 1 year and then just continue on when that year is over, but this year is about me, and about learning how to be a better me. I've read books and done research, but the best thing was to join WW and MFP, and start P90X. I am now 2 weeks in, and doing okay so far. I keep a journal, and I have also signed up to climb a whole lotta stairs at the Willis Tower in Chicago on Nov 3, my husbands birthday. On my birthday this year, also a Sunday, I ran a 5K. :) The positive changes have already started. I recently went to Vegas with all my fellow Beachbody coaches and heard a bunch of success stories and became super inspired. My goal is to help people eventually. i feel like I am getting a good grasp on this. Now is the time to just do it. :) I am ir8girl on MFP.
