Class 3 obesity

Hi to everyone :-)

Couple of weeks ago I was planning a beach vacation and discovered that I have nothing to wear. Weight was at its highest - 117kg (more than 250 pounds). Enough was enough and during vacation I downloaded MFP app with initial goal to just write my meals down - years ago writing down helped me to lose some weight.

Today I googled weight-related issues and calculated my BMI - I am morbidly obesed, class 3 obesity... wow...

Here begins my jorney - 250 pounds and going down :-) Feel free to add me if you are on the same road :-)
