What have you changed in your day to day life to reach your healthy goals? I know some of us make big changes, and for others it is all about the small stuff.

    I love gardening. You get the benefit of all the fresh veggies as well as free therapy. Nothing like digging in the dirt and watching things grow to make you feel great!

    Exercise on a regular basis
    If I don't go to the gym I get my steps in
