Today I dusted off my gym kit and headed down to the gym in our garden. Started slow and easy as I haven't been for a while and didn't want to overdo it on the first go - it was tough, sweaty but feel very good afterwards (not sure the legs will feel the same tomorrow!)
Hopefully as I continue it will get easier and I can go for longer.
I haven't yet weighed myself and I've been going for a little over a week - I've never religiously weighed myself but will try to weigh myself every 2 weeks. I can already feel the difference in my body - my belly isn't so muffin-top like which is always a nice feeling.

Long may it continue!

Getting started is the hardest bit. Now you just have to keep on keeping on.

Weigh and measure yourself NOW, so you have a benchmark to compare to as you progress!

    Take pics too.
Sometimes one can be off in tape placement so pics are a good metric.
Try to stand in the same place and take a series of identical pics month by month.

I soooo wish I had done this as the minuscule tape measuring differences are hard to get accurate.

    Cheers, h.
