I had set a goal a while ago and somewhat forgot about it . I am lazy as F***lately and need to do something about it. I want to get a body analyzer scale to start off right . Anybody here has one and would recommend?
Here's to the beginning of my weight loss journey . 25 lb to lose. I really need your help and support. Feel free to add me :)

The kind you can buy for your home are highly inaccurate. I wish they worked. Even the ones gyms have are inaccurate. It's just not an accurate way to measure body fat unfortunately.

Use a tape measure and take a before and after photo of you.

Everything is inaccurate - but everything is a tool. Find one and use it consistently and you'll see your results. I know my home scale fat % is probably off by 5%, but right now I don't care as long as it measures the same way each time. Like if my tape measure was a whole inch off, who cares as long as I use the same one each time...

That's great if your reading is consistent. Mine never was. I could be up 5% one day, down 3% the next, down 3% more the next, up 2% after that. Even the average reading didn't change for me as I did my bodybuilding competition prep. I still was around 28-31% on the scale when visually I was definitely below 18%. When I bulked back up to 24% the number didn't change.
